Intermittent exchange email and logon issues

Intermittent Exchange email issue:
There is an intermittent exchange email issue that we encountered late morning on 1/18/2011 that is illusive. Every time we thing we resolved the issue, it persists. The issue is that when people try to send emails, they get an error that they don’t have permissions to send messages to the recipients.

Logon issues:
Some people reported that they are unable to logon at all and they get the following error: “The trust relationship between workstation and the Primary domain failed”.
A possible work around is to shutdown/ turn off your computer and then start up again. Please create an eTicket if this does not resolve the problem.

Plan of action:
1. People who are affected by either issue might not be able to receive this email so we would appreciate your help in communicating this to them so that they might take appropriate steps.

2. Please, please, please create an eTicket or ask someone near you to create one for you if you are experiencing any issues so that we can track where the issues are concentrated.

3. In the meantime, we will continue to work on a solution and will report back as soon as possible.

The Problem with exchange has been resolved.

================
We are currently working to resolve the Exchange/outlook email outage. Some people may be working while others are not. This is due to being on 2 separate exchange servers. We hope to have the issue resolved soon.

Thank you for your patience.
